Todd J. Brockman

Todd Brockman is a retired senior executive in payments and financial technology, having concluded over 25 years of leadership at Visa Inc. in July 2023. Most recently, they served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Issuing Solutions business unit within Visa Value Added Services. Previously, they were President of Galileo Processing, Inc. and held other significant roles in the industry including Global Head of Prepaid at Visa Inc. Currently, Todd serves as a member of the Board of Directors at The Bancorp and continues to share their knowledge and expertise through advisory and mentoring roles. Todd's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from the University of California, Davis.
