The Risk Management Team at The Bank of Elk River is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the bank's operations and reputation. Led by the Chief Credit Officer and the Senior Vice President/Director of Enterprise Risk, the team develops and implements strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. By actively monitoring and analyzing risk factors, including credit, operational, and compliance risks, they help safeguard the bank's assets while fostering a secure and trustworthy environment for customers and the community.
