Jammie Castleman

Jammie Castleman is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as an Information Technology System Administrator and previously as an Information Technology Support Specialist at The Bank of Fayette County since April 2020, Jammie has honed skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and support for banking technology. Other notable roles include Electromechanical Field Technician at Ricoh USA, Inc., and Technical Support Specialist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. With expertise in configuring hardware and software, as well as providing remote technical support, Jammie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from Dyersburg State Community College.
