Richard Gillespie

Richard Gillespie has had a long and successful career in finance, culminating in their current position as Chairman at The Bank of Princeton.

Richard began their career at James Cowper Kreston, where they worked their way up to Senior Manager - Audit and Accounts. During their time there, Richard built strong relationships with their clients, based on trust and communication.

In May 2020, Richard left James Cowper Kreston to join Harbour Ambition as a Director (Treasurer). As a founding director of the company, Richard helped set governance policy and financial control procedures.

In September 2021, Richard was appointed Chairman at The Bank of Princeton. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management and performance of the bank.

Richard Gillespie attended the University of Southampton where they earned their BA in Sports Management and Leadership. Richard then went on to earn their MSc in Business Management from the University of Winchester. Richard is also certified from the ACCA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
