Alyssa Martineau

Alyssa Martineau, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Assistant Manager and previously as Human Resources Business Partner, Sr. HR Coordinator, and HR Coordinator at The Bank of Tampa since July 2016. Prior roles include Advisor for HR Corporate Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator at Raymond James Financial, Inc., where Alyssa facilitated the onboarding of over 1,000 new hires and implemented a new background check system. Experience also includes roles as Recruitment Assistant at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg and HR Assistant at FASEB, along with a foundational position as Recruiting Coordinator at Tower Legal Solutions. Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salisbury University, completed in 2008.
