Alyssa Martineau, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Assistant Manager and previously as Human Resources Business Partner, Sr. HR Coordinator, and HR Coordinator at The Bank of Tampa since July 2016. Prior roles include Advisor for HR Corporate Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator at Raymond James Financial, Inc., where Alyssa facilitated the onboarding of over 1,000 new hires and implemented a new background check system.
