Since June 2018, Richa has been with The Banking Recruiters, where they initially served as an HR Business Partner - Senior Manager. Currently, they hold the position of AVP - HR Business Partner and Process Head, overseeing internal HR, hiring, and business processes.
Richa Sharma completed their Intermediate degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mercy Memorial School from 1991 to 2005. Richa then went on to pursue a Commerce Graduate degree with a specialization in Marketing and Communication from an undisclosed institution between 2005 and 2008.
