Michael McCracken

Michael McCracken is a Barrister-at-Law with extensive experience in both the Bar of Ireland and the Bar of Northern Ireland since 2005. Currently serving at The Bar of Ireland since October 2017, Michael specializes in areas including Chancery and General Commercial litigation, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Intellectual Property Rights Infringement, and Professional Negligence litigation, among others. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Solicitor at Johnsons for thirteen years, where significant litigation experience included representation for major insurers and Microsoft Corporation in Intellectual Property disputes. Michael is also a certified mediator and serves as a part-time tutor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's University Belfast. Academic qualifications include an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Leeds and a Certificate of Professional Legal Studies from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
