Patrick Rooney

Patrick Rooney brings extensive experience in information technology and digital strategy, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Information Technology at The Bar of Northern Ireland since May 2013, where responsibilities include digital strategy implementation, program management of software development, and management of an ITIL Service Desk. Previously, Patrick founded Sell Oil Online and co-founded Airnet WiFi, contributing significantly to the development of innovative online solutions and services. Additional consulting experience includes providing IT and digital guidance through Patrick Rooney Consulting, as well as various roles in established companies such as Aon, LUCENT Technologies, AT&T, GSA, UBS, and Unisys. Patrick Rooney holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies from the University of Brighton.
