Tom Balthasar

Tom Balthasar has over 20 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Tom started their career as an Instructor and Microsoft Certified Trainer at IKON Education Services in 1999. In 2001, they joined Western New York Computing Systems as a Systems Engineer. In 2003, they joined The Barnes Firm Injury Attorneys, where they held various positions including Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. In these roles, Tom was responsible for providing technology solutions, managing and maintaining technology systems, and implementing remote management solutions. Tom has expertise in a wide range of technologies including Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft Windows Servers, Cisco internetworking, and security systems.
