Dawn Langnes Shear has extensive experience in global business development within the healthcare education sector, serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer for the International Alliance of Healthcare Educators since 1992. In addition, Dawn holds prominent positions as Board Secretary for the European CranioSacral Association and Co-President for the Associazione Cranio-Sacrale Upledger Italia since 2021. Dawn's role as Chief Development Officer at The Barral Institute and Upledger Institute International has further demonstrated expertise in international sponsor and satellite development, as well as product development. Dawn completed a B.S. in Health Sciences at the University of Florida from 1981 to 1986 after attending Stavanger American School.

Quality Continuing Education for the Manual Therapy Field since 1985 The Barral Institute is an international health education, training and research organization dedicated to the advancement of Visceral Manipulation, Nerve Manipulation, Visceral Vascular Manipulation, New Manual Articular Approach, and related Manual Therapies. These innovative manual therapies were developed in clinical practice by world-renowned French Osteopath and Physical Therapist Jean-Pierre Barral.
