Brenna Green

Brenna Green is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, fitness instruction, and retail management. Currently serving as a Field Recruiter at JOANN Stores since April 2023, Brenna partners with leadership to attract top management talent across multiple states and manages the recruiting lifecycle to ensure a seamless candidate experience. In addition, Brenna has been a Barre Instructor at The Barre Code since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading fitness classes and fostering a supportive environment for clients. Prior experience at J.Crew, including roles as Store Director and Assistant Manager, involved overseeing teams, developing associates, and managing visual merchandising. Additional retail experience includes a Retail Management Internship at Nordstrom and key roles at francesca’s®. Brenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
