Amy Lawrence

Amy Lawrence has over fifteen years of experience in real estate, most recently serving as Vice-Chair at The Barrow Group. Prior to that, they were Senior Vice President Transaction Management at Citi Realty Services, where they oversaw real estate transactions and broker networks in South and Central America and the Caribbean. Amy has also worked as a Senior Manager at Denham Wolf Real Estate Services, Inc., providing consulting services for landlords, developers, and nonprofit clients. Lawrence has experience in all types of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions. Amy is skilled in financial analysis and has a proven track record of negotiating and executing successful real estate deals.

Amy Lawrence has a MBA in Finance and a Minor in International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, a degree in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, and a BA in Managerial Economics and German from Carnegie Mellon University. Amy also has a certification from the NY DOS in Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.
