Katherine Gibson

Katherine Gibson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various companies in the real estate and marketing sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant in Marketing at Barvin since February 2024, Katherine previously held the position of National Director of Marketing at McCormack Baron Companies from April 2014 to September 2023, where efforts included direct marketing for over 17,000 units. Prior positions include Marketing Director/Asset Manager at North Bay Group, LLC, and Director of Marketing at HARBOR GROUP MANAGEMENT CO, where Katherine directed strategic marketing for large property portfolios. Katherine's career also features roles at Millennium Management, Intuit Real Estate Solutions, ForRent.com, CORNERSTONE REALTY INCOME TRUST, RANDSTAD AND ADECCO STAFFING SERVICES, and Landmark Communications. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language Journalism and Communications from Virginia Tech.
