Seth Borland

Seth Borland currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Barvin since September 2024. Prior to this role, Seth held various positions at Juniper Investment Group from October 2016 to August 2024, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Previous experience includes working as a Development Associate at The Morgan Group from August 2013 to October 2016 and a Summer Development Associate at Trammell Crow Residential in 2013. Seth also worked as a Partner at CONTENT from June 2010 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Rice University (2012-2014), a Master of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin (2006-2009), and a Bachelor of Arts in Art/History of Art from Williams College (1999-2003).
