Steven Michael Wilson, Jr. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Steven Michael started their career as a CEO and Founder of Go Get It Enterprises LLC in 2005. In 2007, they worked as a Constable for the City of Boston. From 2013 onwards, Wilson served as a Boys Basketball Official, working with the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials Inc and the Massachusetts Charter School Athletic Association.

In 2015, they became a Mens Professional Basketball Official for the (ABA) American Basketball Association. Wilson continued to officiate basketball games, joining the NCAA as a Mens Basketball Official in 2017 and The Basketball League in 2017 as well, where they also worked as the Director of Recruitment & Scouting for Referee Operations.

Apart from their involvement in basketball, Wilson had roles in law enforcement as an Investigator/Deputy Sheriff for the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department starting in 2022 and as the Chief Public Safety and Security Director for the Boston Kroc Center from 2020 to 2022. Steven Michael also briefly worked as the Physical Testing Director at the Municipal Police Training Committee for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from January 2022 to June 2022.

Steven Michael Wilson, Jr. attended Hyde Park High School from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Business and Entrepreneurship. Steven Michael then went on to study International Business, Trade, and Commerce at Northeastern University from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Correctional Officer Training Academy Certificate from the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department, Entry Level Fitness Coordinator from the Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee, Concealed Weapon or Firearm License from the State of Florida, Concealed Firearm Permit from the State of Utah, Massachuetts License To Carry from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, William Cloran Police Academy certification from the City Of Boston Police Dept, and CPR and First Aid from the American Heart Association.
