Noah Sutton is an experienced restaurant and bar manager currently working at The Bastion Collection since February 2023. Prior to this role, Noah was an opening team member at Musaafer Houston where training in Indian food and culture was completed, along with onboarding new employees. In previous positions, Noah served as lead waiter at A Fare Extraordinaire, coordinating logistics for high-profile events, and participated in opening teams at MAD Houston, gaining expertise in Spanish culture and molecular gastronomy. Earlier roles include foodrunner at Gerry’s Grill and busser at Soto's Kitchen, with initial experience as a juicer at JuiceitRaw. Noah Sutton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Conrad N. Hilton College and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
