Rachel Beckhardt Hinchliffe

Rachel Beckhardt Hinchliffe is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Rachel serves in Human Resources at The Baupost Group since August 2016. Prior to this, Rachel was the Director of HR and Administration at Coppersmith Boston from November 2015 to July 2016, and Head of Employee Experience at Sonos, Inc. from June 2015 to December 2015, where significant contributions were made in team development and the implementation of an employee helpdesk tool. Rachel's tenure at the Environmental Defense Fund from May 2007 to June 2015 included roles such as Director of HR Operations and Senior Manager of HR Operations, with notable achievements in HRIS platform migration and compensation system development. Earlier experience includes positions at EF Educational Tours and Forrester Research. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture, Food, and the Environment from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies from Bates College.
