Tim Bawmann

Tim Bawmann is the current president of The Bawmann Group and was previously the president and general manager of Lowell Spinners and Nashua Silver Knights from October 2003 to May 2016. Tim is responsible for all aspects of the operations of both companies, including budget preparation, facilitation, implementation and monitoring, as well as overseeing 12 full-time employees and 150 part-time employees. Additionally, Tim has experience with corporate sales, group sales, facility management, and is a direct liaison with the Boston Red Sox, City of Lowell, and University of Massachusetts Lowell. Tim has also been involved in lease negotiations, facility improvements, and various board of directors including the New York Penn League, Greater Lowell Visitor's and Convention Bureau, and Greater Lowell Boy's and Girl's Club. In 2010, they were named New York Penn League Executive of the Year and has been a presenter at Minor League Baseball Promotional Seminar and Baseball Winter Meetings Bob Freitas Seminar. Tim is also a Habitat for Humanity participant and has developed Intern Orientation training program and Game Day Staff training program. Under their leadership, both the Spinners and Silver Knights have established franchise attendance records and pre-season corporate sales records.
