Sarah March

Sarah March is the current Human Resources Manager at The Bays Healthcare Group. Sarah has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, having worked as a Recruitment Specialist with R2 Recruitment in Australia, a Recruitment Manager with AXA, and an IT Recruitment Consultant with Icon Recruitment. Sarah began their career in recruitment with Drake International in 1993.

They work with Julie D’arcy - Director of Aged Care Services, Kellie Bamberry - Director of Clinical Services, and Gareth James - Manager Support Services and Procurement. Sarah March reports to Jade Phelan, Chief Executive Officer.
