Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in public interest law and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Program Director for Beacon Law since July 2022, Justin oversees grant compliance, program development, and maintains an active case load while providing operational recommendations. Previously, Justin was a Managing Attorney at Lone Star Legal Aid, supervising a team to assist military personnel and veterans across Southeast Texas. Notable roles also include Chief Operating Officer at Rebuilding Together - Houston and earlier positions at Cathedral Justice Project, where Justin began as an intern and progressed to staff attorney. Justin holds a JD from South Texas College of Law, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Certificate with Distinction from the Leadership Institute for Nonprofit Executives at Rice University.
