Peter Welfel

Peter Welfel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Peter began their career in 2007 at Valspec, where they served as a Validation Engineer I before being promoted to Validation Engineer II and later Senior Validation Engineer. In 2012, Peter became the Lead Validation Engineer at Valspec and held this position until November 2018.

In 2017, Peter ventured into entrepreneurship and co-founded Welfel Ventures, where they served as a Partner. Simultaneously, they also joined The Beard Club as an Executive Consultant. In November 2019, Peter took on a new role as the Chief Operating Officer at The Beard Club, where they continue to work.

Additionally, in 2018, Peter became a Partner at Fixed Focus, where they are currently involved.

Peter Welfel attended the University of Delaware from 2003 to 2007. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, with minors in Biochemical Engineering and Economics.
