Olivia Davis

Olivia Davis is an experienced NPD professional in the beauty industry, currently serving as NPD Manager at The Beauty Crop since October 2024. Prior to this role, Olivia held the position of NPD Manager at ICONIC LONDON from November 2022 to October 2024 and progressed through various positions at HCT by kdc/one, including NPD Project Manager, Junior NPD Project Manager, and Product Development Coordinator from July 2019 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes a Global NPD Marketing Internship at Dermalogica and a Product Development Internship at Algenist. Olivia also worked as an Aesthetic Consultant at Skin by Lovely™, a Certified Makeup Artist at SEPHORA, and gained additional experience in marketing and social media.
