Andrea Alonso

Andrea Alonso has extensive experience in human resources, spanning multiple roles and companies. Andrea currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at The Beck Group, a role they began in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Holcim as a Senior Human Resources Manager from December 2019 to March 2022, and as an HRBP and Salesforce Management Manager from January 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Holcim, Andrea was a Human Resources Manager at GE from November 2013 to December 2017, where they provided leadership and expertise in various HR functions and led change management initiatives. Andrea also has experience as a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator at General Motors de México from October 2012 to November 2013, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Genworth from September 2008 to September 2012.

Andrea Alonso completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in the years 2005 to 2010. Andrea then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university from 2011 to 2013.

During their Master's degree studies, Andrea also completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2012.

After finishing their formal education, Andrea enrolled in the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) at Crotonville Alumni. Andrea attended this program from 2013 to 2015, focusing on developing their skills in human resources management.

Andrea obtained a certification as a member of DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano in April 2023.
