Christine Vergos

As the Chief People Officer, Christine is responsible for leading, fostering, and supporting Beck’s employee experience. With over two decades of practice in HR, she brings deep knowledge of best-in-class people programs, resources, and total rewards.

Christine specializes in employee learning and development, organizational development, and helping companies take meaningful action on employee feedback. She uses her decade-plus of HR experience in AEC to represent Beck on CPEG, the national Construction HR group. She also gives back to her local community, serving as Director of Catechism for her large Greek Orthodox Parish.
