Tracy Sandquist possesses a diverse range of experience in both financial and educational roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Beechwood Home since March 2022, Tracy has also been a Substitute Administrative Assistant at St. Xavier High School since April 2017. Previous experience includes working as an Independent Contractor for Cooking with Caitlin from July 2008 to October 2016, and serving as a Finance Specialist at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber from July 1996 to April 2002. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University, attended from 1991 to 1995, and is a graduate of Ursuline Academy-Cincinnati, class of 1991.

Beechwood Home is a not-for-profit nursing facility located in Hyde Park. We specialize in providing high quality long-term care for neurological residents. Our 80 residents participate in therapeutic and recreational activities that assist in their optimal functioning. We are a unique organization made up of employees with special skills and attributes to meet the needs of our residents. The mission of Beechwood is to provide a high level of care designed to improve the quality of life for residents of the home. The mission is accomplished by: Promoting resident’s independence and rehabilitation in a comfortable, enjoyable, family-like home, with personalized services that foster hope and mutual support. Offering – as a non-profit, philanthropic, non-sectarian, skilled nursing home –specialized, extensive, long term health services to male and female adults of every race, creed, national origin, and economic status who have incurable, chronic, and disabling neurologic conditions. Providing for the needs of the whole person through resident oriented services such as: physical therapy, quality meal service and a full range of social, cultural, religious, and recreational activities.
