In 1999 Wayne completed his BCom Degree majoring in Marketing and Business Economics before joining the Group in 2000. Over the years with the Group, Wayne has grown the Marketing, Customer Experience and IT divisions, with a clear focus on digital strategy and system optimisation.
The aforementioned areas have allowed the Group the agility to adapt and readily seize market opportunities, a key strength of the Group. Wayne, more recently having joined the Group’s Development arm, has added a new perspective to the Group’s progressive projects.
