Telmo Güell

Telmo Güell has had a varied career in the fields of business development, digital design, UX design, and creative internships. In 2018, they founded and became CEO of The Beemine Lab, where they design and produces solutions with natural synergies that connect the potential of cannabis, apiculture, and different active principles with the goal of integrating the power of nature into our wellbeing. In 2017, they were a business developer for Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs and a digital designer for The New Digital School, a digital design program that aims to cut the crap out of traditional design education. Telmo was also the founder of MadridChange in 2017. In 2016, they were a junior UX designer for Sngular, working on internal projects and consulting for AbbVieCare Spain, a pharmaceutical company. Telmo also had an internship as a creative for VICE Media, working on digital advertising campaigns for Sony, JB, Corona, and Durex. In 2015, they were an internship student for TechShop, Inc. In 2014, they were the art director and manager for Chillnbox, a 5,000 people music festival, where they collaborated in organizing a sales program system, designing the space/stages, and directing the full marketing campaign. Telmo was also the design services manager for Grupo Lateral, where they designed a live music program, coordinated DJs, and organized concerts. In 2012, they founded Lecolective.

Telmo Güell's education history includes a Grado en Economía from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2017 to 2021 in the field of Economía del desarrollo y desarrollo internacional. In 2018, they completed a Master en emprendimiento from the Founder Institute in the field of Emprendimiento/Estudios sobre emprendimiento. Telmo also completed a User Experience, Ingeniero de software and an Ingeniero de software especializado en Fronten from DEV.F in 2016 and 2017 respectively. Finally, they completed a Grado en Filosofía y Derecho from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2012 to 2013 in the field of filosofía y derecho.
