Menna holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology at The American University in Cairo (AUC) and is currently pursuing her MSc in Mental Health: Psychological Therapies at Queen Mary University of London.

After completing a year of training at The Behman Hospital, Menna joined the Psychology team in 2021. She offers individual and group psychotherapy sessions to adolescents and adults. She prefers to use an eclectic approach tailored to the individual needs of her clients. She has completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from The Beck Institute and obtained a certificate in CBT for Anxiety. Additionally, she holds a Level 2 accreditation in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) from the Association of Psychological Therapies (APT).

Menna focuses on providing a safe, non-judgmental and accepting space for her clients to express themselves. She works with issues relating to identity, self-esteem, sexuality and trauma. Throughout her experience, she has worked with individuals experiencing low mood, personality disorders, depression and anxiety related disorder as well as serious mental disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar.

In addition, Menna conducts psychometric assessments including personality, IQ, anxiety, depression and cognitive abilities.

Menna conducts sessions in both English and Arabic.
