The Believer Company
James Bach has extensive experience in the gaming industry. James started their career as a Development Intern at Riot Games in August 2010. James then worked as a QA Analyst before becoming an Assistant Game Designer in February 2012. James was later promoted to Associate Game Designer in August 2012 and then to Game Designer in June 2013. In June 2016, they were promoted again to Senior Game Designer. In April 2023, they briefly held the position of Principal Game Designer before moving on to join The Believer Company as their Principal Game Designer in May 2023.
James Bach attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Computational Modeling.
