Amanda Ford

Amanda Ford is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at The Benevolent Society since July 2022, Amanda has previously held significant roles including HR & Operations Manager at Therapy Alliance Group, where responsibilities included HR frameworks, employee life-cycle management, and industrial relations. Prior to that, Amanda was an HR Business Partner at James Cook University, providing strategic HR support and advice. Additional roles include Project Manager focused on HR evaluations at James Cook University and HR Business Partner positions at both Ergon Energy and Goodstart Early Learning. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Applied Linguistics from Griffith University.
