Amanda Ford is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at The Benevolent Society since July 2022, Amanda has previously held significant roles including HR & Operations Manager at Therapy Alliance Group, where responsibilities included HR frameworks, employee life-cycle management, and industrial relations.
