Kevin Mracek

Kevin Mracek is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at The Bergmann Group, Phoenix LTC, Waterloo Healthcare, and Workhorse Products since 2022, Kevin also held the position of Vice President Operations at System Seals Inc from 2019 to 2021. Previous roles include President of Lokring Technology LLC and Vice President Operations at Mid-West Forge Corporation. With a notable tenure at Swagelok spanning from 1987 to 2015, Kevin held multiple director-level positions, managing teams and P&L responsibilities across diverse engineering and manufacturing operations. Kevin's educational credentials include an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and master's and bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and Kettering University, respectively.
