Richard Marsden

Richard Marsden is currently a partner at The Berkeley Partnership, and has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and engineering. Richard started their career at British Nuclear Fuels Ltd (BNFL) as an engineer, before moving into management consulting with Accenture, where they specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) IT programme delivery for financial services clients. Marsden has a proven track record in successfully delivering large, complex programmes and projects, and has expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Richard is a thought leader in the field of CRM, and has authored several papers on the subject. Marsden is a highly respected consultant, and is known for their ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver results.

Richard Marsden completed a M.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a M.Sc. in Safety & Loss Prevention from The University of Sheffield.
