Annie Pardo-Patten

Annie Pardo-Patten, MBA-HRM, serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at The Berkley Group, Inc. since October 2015, following extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Prior to this position, Annie held the role of Human Resources Director at OneKreate from April 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included blending creative and technological services for clients. Earlier, Annie transformed HR at Lighting Concepts and Solutions, Inc., focusing on strategic initiatives and the development of HR policies for a lighting manufacturing company. Additional HR leadership roles at U.S. Brick & Block Systems, LLC, and Prologistix highlight a comprehensive background in HR operations and strategy. Annie earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans.
