Stephan Sendes

Stephan Sendes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Stephan is currently working as the Senior Director HR International Governance at The Berner Group since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Leiter Personalstrategie und -controlling at Transdev GmbH from July 2018 to February 2021.

From 2011 to 2018, Stephan worked at Schenker AG, where they held the positions of SVP Global HR Policies & Standards, Head of CoE Global Employment Conditions, and VP Global HR Management. Their responsibilities included strategic HR projects, employment conditions, and change management.

Before joining Schenker AG, Stephan worked at DB Mobility Logistics AG as the Leiter International Assignment Center from April 2008 to October 2011. Their earlier work experience includes various roles at Lufthansa, where they served as a Teamleiter Europa und Nordamerika, Referent Expats, Sachbearbeiter Expats, and completed their Ausbildung Luftverkehrskaufmann from 1997 to 2008.

Stephan Sendes attended Berufsakademie Stuttgart from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Industrie. Stephan successfully completed their studies and obtained a Dipl.-Betriebwirt (BA) degree.
