Dave Thackston

Dave is responsible for overseeing project level improvements. His experience in the field gives him the tools necessary to implement strategic improvements with an eye towards cost, quality, and timing. Dave’s duties include pre-development research, budget pricing and oversight for construction projects and capital improvements. He has 31 years of experience in the trades, the last 24 years with The Bernstein Companies.
