Diana Grindrod Forsyth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in governance and leadership within the healthcare and aged care sectors. Currently serving as Chair and Non-Executive Director at Bethanie, and as a Non-Executive Director at WA Primary Health Alliance, Diana has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the quality of care for Australians. As the Founder and Director of Augmentia, Diana leads a network of expert consultants focused on governance and organizational strategy. Past roles include Chief Executive Officer of REMSMART, Chief Operating Officer at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, and various board positions, including Executive Director at BDO and Non-Executive Director at the Lions Eye Institute.
