Serena Seng is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in reporting, project management, and systems administration. Currently serving as Manager - Reporting, Projects & Systems at Bethanie since July 2018, Serena has led a team focused on performance and development. Prior roles include Senior Finance Business Partner - Team Lead, where consolidated reporting and financial analysis were key responsibilities, and Business Accountant - Reporting & Analytics, where Serena maintained management reports and developed financial models. Previous experience at Chevron involved budgeting, forecasting, and joint venture accounting for major projects. Serena began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant in the Assurance Division, gaining expertise in client engagement and financial compliance. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting and an undergraduate degree in Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
