Brian Slobodow

Brian Slobodow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brian currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Better Being Co. Starting in 2022, they became an Independent Board Member at Mueller Water Products. Brian has also worked as an Operating Partner at HGGC and held a Board Member position at ANGUS Chemical Company, Golden Gate Capital, Cole-Parmer, Springs Window Fashions, and Neways International. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the COO at Atrium, and from 2011 to 2013, they held multiple roles including CEO, CAO, and Board Member at U.S. Silica Company.

Brian Slobodow obtained their BS degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, which they completed from 1986 to 1990. Brian then pursued an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, completing it from 1993 to 1995.
