Charlene Abdow is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager Hospitality at The Big Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Charlene held the same title at Hub Australia from October 2021 to September 2023 and worked as Sales Director Central Catering & Events at Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited from August 2020 to October 2021. Additional experience includes Head Of Events at Doltone House and various positions within the same organization from August 2012 to August 2020, including Venue Sales Manager and Senior Venue Sales Executive. Earlier in career, Charlene was Director Of Catering Sales & Conference at The Langham, Sydney and spent several years managing Cafe Laurella Berowra, first as Cafe Manager and later as Owner/Manager. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science from Macquarie University.
