Zoe Hayward is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing and communications strategies. Currently serving as the Group Chief Marketing Officer at The Big Issue since 2020, Zoe oversees group marketing, communications, direct-to-consumer revenues, public affairs, and policy. Previously, Zoe held various senior marketing roles at Marks and Spencer from 2012 to 2019, including Director of Group Marketing and Head of Clothing, Home & Beauty Marketing. Early career positions included European Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager at Nomad Foods, Senior Brand Manager at Cobra Beer, and several brand management roles at Unilever. Zoe holds a Diploma and Foundation from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a degree from the University of Leicester.
