Kathy Phillips

Kathy Phillips is an experienced technology and data management professional with a robust background in system integration, cyber security, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Applications and Development at The Big Life Group, Kathy manages Dynamics 365 development streams and oversees cloud applications and AI software implementation. Previously, in the role of Head of Technology & Digital at the School for Social Entrepreneurs, Kathy successfully led the data and technical integration of six organizations during a merger. Additional experience includes project management at the Department for Education, data architecture roles at various charities and organizations, and a significant tenure at JPMorgan Chase as a Data Warehousing Architect, where Kathy led global projects and vendor management efforts. Kathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies from the University of Brighton.
