Viktoriia Katenkarii

Viktoriia Katenkarii is the Head of Embedded Talent Acquisition at The Big Search. Viktoriia has over 5 years of experience in recruiting and has worked with companies such as Zalando SE and DAZN.

Viktoriia has a strong background in building and scaling up recruitment teams and processes. At Zalando, they were responsible for building the hiring roadmap for two business units and led a team of recruiters focused on hiring Technology, Product and Commercial profiles.

At DAZN, Viktoriia was responsible for scaling up hiring for the newly opened Amsterdam office. Viktoriia built and trained up interviewing teams, developed high volume recruitment processes and standardized recruitment procedures.

Viktoriia is passionate about supporting growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring and continuous performance management.

Viktoriia Katenkarii has a Bachelor's degree in English from Kyiv National Linguistics University.

They work with Curry Chern - Head of Operations, Maja Tasevska - Research Analyst, and Filip Vasev - Talent Acquisition Consultant. Viktoriia Katenkarii reports to Learco Finck, Managing Director.
