Melissa Davis is an experienced HR professional and recruitment specialist currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Las Iguanas since November 2023, while also holding a position as Head of Talent and Attraction at The Big Table Group since September 2020. Prior to this, Melissa spent several years at Las Iguanas in various roles, including Head of Attraction and Recruitment and Recruitment Manager, focusing on recruitment for front and back of house staff across the UK.
