Brennan Scarlett is the Founder and CEO of Scarlett Creative Co., established in January 2021, focusing on fostering genuine connections and storytelling between brands, athletes, and audiences through strategic brand development. As the Founder and President of The Big Yard Foundation since February 2018, Brennan strategizes community events and partnerships to uplift underserved communities. Additional roles include Brand Ambassador for Arc'teryx Equipment and multiple advisory positions with the NFL Players Association, along with equity and diversity advocacy through the Oregon School Activities Association. Brennan also founded BWS Properties, LLC, evaluating investment opportunities across real estate and venture capital markets. Brennan's professional background includes experience as an Outside Linebacker for both the Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans, complemented by academic credentials from Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley.

The Big Yard Objectives: Improve literacy and access to literature in disadvantaged communities by means of direct donation, book fairs and/or any similar form of events. Provide access to the arts and encourage creativity in young people, especially those in disadvantaged communities that may lack the access to such resources. Promote overall physical wellness by providing and improving recreational facilities within disadvantaged communities along with planning and/or hosting fun recreational events and programs. Formulate strategies that contribute to the empowerment of communities.
