Ceci Zak

Ceci Zak is the current advisor at The BioCollective. Ceci has also worked as the Chief Possibilites Officer at Genusetics Inc. from January 2019 to May 2022. Ceci has also worked as the COO & Principal at Batten & Co. from January 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, they have also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School Executive Education from December 2016 to January 2019, teaching Pharmaceutical Commercialization: Strategy & Practice. Ceci's other previous companies include The Norma Fund and Omnicom Group ~ DAS, where they worked as the Chief Operating Officer ~ HealthCare from January 2013 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing and steering the global strategic and operational opportunities for HealthCare within the Omnicom group. This included managing the global healthcare P&L by enhancing business processes, streamlining talent development, assessing capability needs and ensuring technology enablement, while creating value based opportunities for clients and driving growth opportunites. Ceci is also a Governing Body member for Omniwomen, an enterprise network dedicated to increasing the number of senior women leaders.
