Jenn Flaa

Jennifer Flaa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CEO and Chief Learning Officer at The Bird Commission since July 2017, Jennifer focuses on designing online training materials and managing multiple projects. As the CEO of Vettanna since June 1993, Jennifer has led business planning, strategizing, and market development. Jennifer temporarily served as Executive Director at Prescott Center for the Arts in 2024 to address a crisis situation. Previous roles include CEO at Vettanna To Go, where Jennifer developed training programs for professionals, and QA Manager positions at eShop and Symantec, focusing on quality assurance processes. Jennifer’s early career included significant contributions to NASA communications as Satellite Network Test Director and as a Systems Engineer for the FAA. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and an MBA Certificate in Business Administration.
