Vincent Bell

Vincent Bell has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Vincent started their career as a Help Desk Intern at the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development in 2005. Vincent then worked as a Help Desk Technician and Student Help Desk Student Manager at Virginia State University and SunGard Higher Education respectively. In 2006, they became a College Aide - Computer Administrator at the City of New York. Vincent later joined the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission in 2009 as a System Administrator. In 2011, they became the Director of Information Technology & Telecommunications at The Black Car Fund. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various projects related to project management, business intelligence report writing, system implementation, and network security enhancement.
