Steph Berliner

Communications Strategist at The Black Sheep Agency

Steph describes herself as The Ultimate Maximalist. She had, at varying times, four different undergraduate majors across two universities: jazz flute + music education AND writing for film + television at University of the Arts; American culture + media arts AND advertising research + strategy at Temple University. Steph has completed more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training. She taught yoga, trained yoga teachers and managed yoga studios for the better part of the last decade. She has worked as a pastry cook in a high-end Stephen Starr steakhouse. She's been on tour with multiple bands, including the Flaming Lips (look for her in the deleted scenes on their documentary DVD, The Fearless Freaks!). She's taught classes in Advertising and Media & Society at Temple University. She loves moderating focus groups and coding research data in order to build cohesive and dynamic brand identities. She is thrilled to dedicate her unique brand of enthusiasm, curiosity and love of learning to a cause-driven organization like The Black Sheep Agency.
