Emmy Alvarez is currently a Marketing BLP Intern at Synchrony, having started in June 2024. Previously, Emmy has gained experience as a Campus Ambassador and Student Data Collector for The Black Sheep since September 2022, and completed a Marketing Associate Extern position at AbbVie in August 2023. Additional professional development includes participating in a Job Shadow program at KPMG US and attending the Chicago Inclusion Summit and the Consulting UIUC Leadership Conference, both hosted by Deloitte in 2023. Emmy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected in 2025, and graduation from Lincoln Park High School in 2021.
