Group Managing Director at The Blair Partnership

Jenny Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 1994, they started their career at Club Med as a Direct Marketing Manager, where they focused on loyalty base development and managed acquisition and retention campaigns. In 1998, they transitioned to Rail Europe Group as a Marketing Manager. At Publicis, from 2000 to 2011, Jenny held various roles including Client Services Director, Acting Head of Account Management, and Group Account Director/Brand Director. During this time, they led important client relationships, managed the Account Management department, and played a key role in new business and training. From 2011 to 2014, Jenny worked at The Communications Agency as a Client Services Director, responsible for a portfolio of brands and shaping the agency's direction. Jenny then joined PSONA Agency as a Managing Director for two years before becoming a Group Managing Director at The Blair Partnership in 2016. Additionally, Jenny has served as a Trustee at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice and is currently a Founding Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women in leadership positions.

Jenny Phillips attended North London Collegiate School from 1978 to 1989. Jenny then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French & Spanish at the University of Cambridge from 1990 to 1994.
